Where does Spectra fall among Panini products

I'm trying to understand the football market a bit more and am wondering where Spectra ranks in the pecking order among Panini products.

I understand that Prizm/Optic/Select/Contenders are probably the top tier among the non-highend sets, but I was wondering if I could set some help in learning what's next, and where Spectra in particular falls.

Also, just for fun, what is generally considered Panini's least liked football release?
