Angry BGS lost my cards...

I have a 6 cards express order arrived BGS on 04/06/21. They were graded completed on 04/16. And the status stopped in "label printed" since then without shipped.

I started to contact customer service and sale managers since May, they always said it is normal and orders always delay. In June, all my friend's express orders arrived BGS later than mine came back. This made me very worry. I contact everyone I could find on the website of BGS.

Fortunately, MICHAEL GARDNER said he will help me to understand the condition last week. However, He said he could not find my cards this week. He said he will help me to claim. %$%$^

Did anyone meet this condition and how you solve it? I have a big trouble that the value of these cards is about 15000 USD. But I only declare 300 USD when I submitted. Will BGS pay me only 300 USD if my cards truely lost? Will you declare the true value of your cards when submit? If BGS found my cards in the future after compensation, will BGS return my cards to me?
