He got me, although I have a case ongoing with eBay. Decided to hit the forums and warn others after now recieving confirmation that the packs have most definitely been tampered with. Such a shame eBay is becoming a cesspool again. Kind of annoying handling this while traveling but hope to spare someone else from the trouble.
