Lmao, we aren't talking about life in some abstract way. We are talking about business and delivering on what the consumer is paying you for.
Almost all business in which goods are purchased have a policy to replace something that is damaged, was not delivered as promised and so on.
As a small business owner if some element of my services are not on par or as described you can be damn sure I compensate that in some form to ensure customer satisfaction.
The consumer is spending hundreds or thousands on Panini products, if it comes out of the box damaged that is on Panini and must be remedied.
Your mentality is one that is starting to take hold throughout the consumer marketplace because we have monopolies to the point that these companies are so big they can get away with raping and pillaging the consumer and getting away with it because there's no other competition insight.
What we need now more than ever is consumers demanding that these large companies are held accountable and that the consumer isn't screwed at every twist and turn.
