What's this worth!? Rafael Nadal

Hey everyone!

I've been on a Rafael Nadal collecting kick for the past year. Surprisingly it's been actually much harder to find his key cards than I thought it would be.

One that I have the opportunity to buy, but am unsure of is this 2005 Ace Authentic Signature Series autograph /100 in PSA 10. This card is arguably his most sought after RC autograph and I believe the first that was produced (after the Champions dual patch auto and Signature Moments.)

This PSA 10 copy is a pop-1 and has been for the last 6 years. These cards are super hard to grade, so I don't expect many more PSA 10s to pop-up.

My question is, what do you feel a fair value for this card should be today? The seller and I are at am impasse and would love some feedback.
