If you’re referring to me, and I don’t know what I said in my initial post that could’ve come across as ‘guns blazing,’ and I certainly never called anyone stupid, then my apologies. I just said that anyone ‘investing’ (with the expectation that prices will go up) in unopened, modern wax, is making a big mistake.

I was pretty clear that if you collect unopened product because you enjoy it, or because you want to pass it down to your kid, then that’s great!

Allabsprt did a good job explaining why prices will almost certainly drop, the manufactured scarcity card companies created is just sophisticated marketing, and there’s a huge difference between that ‘scarcity’ and the legitimate scarcity of the vintage stuff.
