Hopefully it just got misplaced at Newport Beach but given others are in same predicament, cannot rule out a sticky finger employee. I might just start using the PSA FedEx labels.

I received the same reply, though the rep was just looking at the usps tracking.
USPS says PSA should have the packages. They weren't able to scan packages as delivered at that office for a period of time on 6/20 due to the internet being down. I've asked both to check again.
I found a discussion about this on twitter as well, so it sounds like it involves too many packages to be a case of employee theft, but I guess you never know.
