No not a HOF but certainly a very good career.
The franchise sold everything for Bryce, whiffed on Ekwonu, had no assets to build out due to the Bears trade, has the most petty and meddlesome owner in sports, traded their best defensive asset (Burns), fired their coach in under a year ect.

Bryce has his issues but the franchise really needed that 1 OVR last year. And by all told Reich wanted Stroud and was vetoed by Tepper. Who refuses to finish a 50mm practice facility and stiffed the contractors.

I’d also like to add that they missed on taking Jaycee Horn over PSII. Horn is pretty good when he plays, but all of that time missed is brutal.
