I think it could be beneficial to promote the weighing of boxes/packs. Listings should be transparent on weights and even show a pic of the item on a scale. Otherwise we deal with what you describe, which is probably true for 80%+ of listings like this. They are being weighed either way, just need transparency on it. Pokemon seems to embrace weighing packs.
