Default Question about a buyer opening up an Arrived Damage Case

I sold a Cooper Flagg Topps Chrome Rookie with corner damage that I disclosed in all caps not only the title of the auction but the auction description and also of course provided clear pics of the damage. The buyer who won my auction ended up opening a case that the card arrived damaged and he didn't see the damage. Tomorrow is the day I can finally have Ebay step in. I mean..unless you're super careless (which seems like this guy was) you cannot miss that this was a damaged card being sold as is. I'm of course expecting the worst that Ebay will side with the buyer even though to me all the evidence should favor me. Do you think the buyer will end up winning the case?
