Ridiculous trying to reason with someone

I sold Atrain some 09 Topps Magic Cards. He sends me a PM today saying "all but one are damaged make it right or I can send them back for a refund". So I respond saying "send them back and I will give you a refund if I agree". My reason for that statement was because I have never had any cards get damaged in delivery and I have been scammed so now when I send cards I take pictures before they go out. So when he sends them back I can make sure that the cards werent switched with bad ones (magic is serial #ed). He then Replies telling me that I will send him a refund or he will ruin me on these sites. So I try to keep telling him to send them back and I will correct it, and the whole time Im contacting people trying to get the same cards and am gonna have to pay more for them and he keeps PM me telling me Im a POS and all this other negative crap. Look I have had words with people on here but have always held up my end of the deal, but if he refuses to send them back am I wrong for thinking that he is trying to scam me??
