i just dont understand!!!!

i am new to blowout forums and i started a group case break of 2007 SP football. with a mix of friends from youtube, and new people from here. but i am very sad to say im not to happy with the look im getting for people on here. people get in on the break 2 or more spots.....dont say nothing for days after untill i get close to filling it and send mails out to collect for it, just to find out at the last min. that they are dropping out! where am i going wrong??? or is it just the way things are in here, cause its not like that with the youtube entrys. someone please help me, thanks
