Question for people who sell on COMC

I am just getting ready to send in my first shipment so I'm looking for any advice and I have a few questions.

I know they charge to remove cards from top loaders, then they say there is no charge for penny sleeve removal. So the question is do they just throw the sleeves away? And wouldn't it just be a waste of money to send cards in sleeves?

Which shipment option do you normally use? I selected the month option due to the cards I'm sending in are lower dollar inserts.

What is your experience using COMC? Do your cards sell farly well or is it hit and miss.

How do you promote your cards for sell so people look at your port and buy things?

Do you set sell price or is it tied to price guide values?
