payment overseas without PayPal?

I'm a seller on eBay. A potential buyer in the Philippines, with good feedback, has asked if he can buy some of my cards. He has no PayPal. He is asking me what payment methods I can accept. I asked him how did he pay for previous USA items, he said he's never purchased from outside his Country before.

Not sure I'm going to try and do the deal here. But this is an interesting question:

What payment methods, besides PayPal, can a USA seller accept from a foreign buyer? Is there any way he can get a USPS Postal Money Order? Or something like that, that is guaranteed once I cash it?
