Post in the thread to be on the list, then confirm your spot by posting a card and your e-mail (has to be @yahoo.com) by August 11th for approval and future invitation - name bolded thereafter. If you need to change your card let me know so it can be approved as an option. All cards should be sent out from participants the week of August 16th-22nd at the latest to ensure: 1. it gets here 2. if we need to re-fill a spot that we have time to.

League Type

H2H, Yahoo standard 12-man snake draft. Draft order will be randomed by a moderator 3 times once all cards are in-hand.
(QB throwing TDs=4 pts, rushing/receiving TDs=6 points, receiving/rushing 10 yards=1 point, throwing yards 25=1 point, etc.) - The only change is that individual player TDs/yards (believe Yahoo only has TDs anyway) will be removed from the calculation. ST TDs from D/ST will still count as normal. So for instance the Texans D/ST will get the TD scoring but the individual player if he's a receiver someone may be starting will not.

Positions are - QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, D/ST | 6 bench spots to fill as you please.
Playoffs - Weeks 15/16
Trades - League approval **(we can change this to commissioner approval if everyone wants as it gets done faster)**

Entry

A football OR BASEBALL card worth ~$50. Approval will be done by me (aside from my card, feel free to speak on that) to save everyone the trouble of it and PMs back and forth like last year. Don't take it personal if I ask you to submit another card please, just will try to make it fair to everyone. If there's a BINs for $55, $48, $50 that were hit and auctions that ended for let's say $47 and $54 then that card's fine. If there's multiple sales under $50 and over $50 is the exception that card may not be fine. Basically try to come up with a card you would be happy to draft if you won with the value in mind. [And please make sure the card is in fine condition, doesn't have to be pristine by any means but not damaged.]

Added Note: Try to stay away from recent products and cards without past sales if possible.

Prizes

1st place will win 6 cards ($300 in value). 2nd place will take home 4 ($200 in value). So winner of the championship basically gets a $100 more. A little less top-heavy than the other (7v3). 3rd place will take home 2. ($100, double buy-in essentially).
6:4:2 but by draft. Fourth place and top-scoring walk away with nothing in this league.

These will be done via a draft:

Shipping for prizes: These will be sent by USPS only. Fees and postage will be paid for by the winner. Using 3rd place as an example if they would simply like their package sent first-class sans insurance the cost will be around $2.75. If you would like priority, insurance, signature, or something special it would be up to you since you're paying.

As of now this league is open to members with an address in the USA, may accept members in Canada (contact me but may just have regular first-class as an option).
