Hi,
I have searched this topic and found varying opinions regarding visble print lines. However, have a raw card and there's a print line on the front but only visible under magnification. Cannot see it with naked eye. Its a refractor card. The print line runs top to bottom but like I said its so faint and the color of the jersey, its impossible to see with naked eye and equally impossible to even take a picture of it. Will this have a chance at PSA 10 or is this a guaranteed no. |

Pretty much all grading is based on looking at a card under magnification. So can it get a 10? Magic 8-Ball says No....

Are you talking about a refractor line? PSA is more lenient on those since it's part of the printing process and not actual damage. So it could still get a PSA 10.
If you're talking about a printline that's more like a hairline scratch, then yes that could get downgraded. Really depends on how noticeable it is and how big. |
