The hobby should limit special teams rookie cards to just one product like this. We have A. Vinatieri, Mike Bartrum, etc and glad that not every company created multitudes of variations / parallels.

So this is it, his only RC - it's pop 3 and I am responsible for all 3. I bought an unopened case of this and graded 3 from that case to get 10s - all 3 gemmed. At one point (maybe still) this was a VERY difficult card to find raw and I think my first (raw) one came from SpastikMooss.

He was WILDLY inconsistent and gave fans panic attacks every time the game was on the line.

I love getting things like this graded just to get them out into the wild and into collector's hands.

Edit: If there was ever a card made of Bill Ring - an official 49ers card - I'd lose my mind. They did one of Renaldo Nehemiah, so I am holding on to hope.

I love this. I recently sent a 12 card submission and some of the cards were Giants rookies valued at less than $10 raw.

It’s getting to the point where I’m down to (mostly) cards of guys that didn’t make it or played positions the hobby doesn’t care about.

Just got these 2 back in the mail yesterday. Couple of Pop 1s out of a small sub. The Larry Allen is Pop 1 in gem mint, the Reggie White is Pop 1, as in 1 graded total.





I think the Allen is limited to /500 copies (total sets produced). Can anyone either confirm or deny that?

Good stuff. I try to pick up as many of the flagship black parallels as I can when I come across them, despite condition issues. They just look so cool regardless of card design.

It's really a nice looking card. I mostly collect baseball so Topps black flagship is always a great addition. Definitely a top 5 card in my PC.

I guess now I need to go after a 2004 Topps Gold.
