It's not enough. With Chicago and SF involved it's gonna end up being more than that.

Then they can have him.

They aren't offering #2 or 3 for a guy that is going to get 75 million

So what do they toss in with their 2nd rounders that are lower? Obviously there are pieces but what would they take?

It's worth it if he's really that legit...it's all a gamble. A lot of analysts say Jimmy is better then any quarterback in the draft. You just never really know for sure until it happens. There's been tons of first round bust quarterbacks..too many to list. I hate running quarterbacks so id never go that route personally. I'd always take a pocket passer. College quarterbacks with the running style almost always never pan out. I would cross those guys right off my board no matter how flashy and hyped they are.

There are also a lot of analysts that say you'll get Osweilered paying him 75 million. It all depends on if the coach thinks they can make it work.

Lot of people will look at Matt Cassel and say look there what you get at a NE QB. So if Garopplo fails then no one will ever trust a NE backup QB again because it will clearly be the system building them up and not the player themselves.

Those people are idiots

Hoyer was undrafted for a reason. Cassel didn't start a single game at USC for a reason.

Cassel had three solid years, two in KC with a Pro Bowl appearance. They just didn't have a good team at that point.

Well, if SF or Chicago throw in a 3 the next year, NE would most likely take that over Cleveland s 2 only. It's all speculation obviously.

Yeah that list is pretty whacked. But Le'Veon Bell on the Bucs would be a game changer.

What I mean by breaking down is that he is not nearly as physical as he used to be and he's not physical at the point of attack at all anymore. Soft exterior linemen are easy to exploit in pass protection and the Giants would be fools to invest in a 35 year old Tackle. So I am all in favor of it.

Just getting a chance to chime in.....IMO no way that the Chiefs are letting Berry walk. I obviously want Poe to stay as well, but realize that Berry is a MUCH bigger need with the D-line that the Chiefs currently have.

I also think (and hope) that Nick Foles is gone - not that I don't like him as a back-up, but just don't see him hanging around for less (or the Chiefs paying him more). Charles is also up in the air for me.....IMO a good chance that Poe, Charles and Foles are all gone next year.

I find this so interesting. I'm not saying he's going to be the long term solution for anyone... but all the QB needy teams don't even want to give him a chance?

Talkes to a couple league guys and asked about the market for Mike Glennon... "What market?"

Blair did win the Seahawks a playoff game
@AdamSchefter
Seahawks have signed former Vikings K Blair Walsh, per @FieldYates. Steve Hauschka is a free agent.

Unless Belichick is just going to spin off the higher picks for more picks, #33 makes all the sense in the world.

Belichick hates high picks....

Wow, this is shocking to me as well. If there's no market for Glennon then is there going to be a market for ANY QB?

I mean, assuming Cousins gets tagged or reaches a deal with Washington, who out there is a better FREE AGENT option than Glennon?

The Titans are a team that can be legit contenders if they add the right pieces. I think they should look at Berry and BA Corner in FA. A Mike Williams and John Ross combo in Tennessee would make that offense very fun to watch

Seahawks must think he is clutch as he already has a game winner for them.

What I'm saying is that if Cleveland is only offering #33, and if the Niners and Bears are interested, then they would need to throw in there second rounder and maybe a third next year to get it done, not that the pick had to be a first rounder...

The Chiefs need to cut Foles and Charles to even be able to franchise Berry, and then there won't be any money to sign their rookie class. So, yeah it's possible they just let him walk.
