Website: Repeatable Glitches

So this isn't to flame the new site just a place where we can list issues we are having with the site "Glitch Wise"...lets reserve the complaints until the big issues are taken care of...we know Topps reads these so here is your "My Buying History is missing still" place to post.

The Archives are being addressed and that is going to take some time, so lets hold that...until they go "There...that's it, that's our baby" then we can pick it apart.

Try to stick to the big issues that are repeatable...or have happen repeatedly... like not getting receipts or you purchase history missing.

Also things you might find annoying that they could possibly fix...Like the hovering over and trying to click the drop downs on that red bar!!! Dam you RED BAR!

Again lets try and be constructive....I mean I know this just opens the door for some of you but I figured this is the best way to get word to Topps vs flooding the call center. Those poor people...

Not sure if Topps has someone in/reading the Facebook Group page but here are some comments:
The searching is awful. It actually was better before. I know there were 10x14’s of players but now I can’t find them. I’ll put in a name and still have 5,000 pop up.

The team search is nice but it only gives a certain number of items. It won’t show up everything available.

cant find PR for anything except what is on the first page of the archive page


Where do i begin....:
-Having to select the "I have read and accept the privacy policy" box every time
-same address showing multiple times in my address list
-not being able to use store credit (issued by topps)
-Free shipping to Canada is apparently a "glitch" (PLEASE DO NOT GET RID OF IT!!!)
-The menu drop downs (red bar) at the top are not user friendly. Have to "hover" just the right spot to get the next level of drop down. Quite often have to do it 2-3 times to get to the right menu
-the archives for each product.... don't think i need to go into detail as it is just completely messed up
-Items displayed more than once: case in point the 2018 TN poster. Shows twice on the Topps Now section
-Sold out products still showing in the active products section (Pacquiao relics)

Just a misspelling, but check the (red) footers in the description of the cards. The ones in:
UCL (available now)
WWE (available now)
MLB Archive - the recent OS HOF releases
All have "Print Runs Revelead" instead of "Revealed".

Site won’t accept my payment for Sandberg print.

That’s it for this morning...I am sure Living will blow up this morning. Though someone found the print runs from last week I don’t even see a drop down for Living Archives, so you lost me there.

Retype it in...had that problem (seems like the site doesn’t like auto fill.

Yep. Just something else that’s annoying, wastes time, and results in less sales.

Whatever Topps paid to design this new site, they paid WAY TOO MUCH. If I were in charge, heads would be rolling, and I’m a very patient and understanding person.

Between all these problems and the bait and switch on the 2019 flagship odds Im guessing there has been a management shake up and/or a "new direction" or "focus" on things for 2019.

Im sticking around for the Vlad Jr auto but thats pretty much it.

The new site has been so frustrating for me as well. Has anyone else had issues using reward codes? I cashed in a bunch of points when they did the Topps now HOF cards and had 1 code work and the other 2 show as invalid. Never ever had a problem before on the old site. Just hope I’m not out $80 in reward codes.

I am avoiding the site due to the issues. I hope it gets better by the time baseball begins and there are new On Demand products.

So far the issues I'm still experiencing is showing an order processing that I already received and I have an order missing. I was worried I missed the Mariano Rivera Living bundle but forgot I ordered that with the Rivera Unanimous Topps Now card. That order is not showing up.

My codes have not worked. Copy and paste them....rewrite them by hand and it still doesnt work.

Placed an order last night. Not found on my account this morning or any awards points. Still trying to make sure I get my "free" card of the month for making the Hall of Fame tier. Becoming g an unhappy customer.

I have below small issues happening to me repeatedly.
Anybody know how to get the situation rectified?

-Website does not keep me logged in.
I check every time when I make purchase just in case, so that I don't lose out on the loyalty points.
Then, notice that with the new website, I am always not logged in.

-When clicking a link to products, the website takes me back to their top page.
It happens once almost every time I visit the page, then starts working normal as long as I am within Topps.com.

Main Page:
Signing in:
- I have to sign in each time I go to the site...it's a pain
-- Also this blocks me from using topcashback.com a site that gives me 3% cash back on my orders
-- Understand if this was intentional :-) but I will be letting topcashback know
-Not sure about how I feel on the close up of the Living cards floating in and out…I’d like to see the card not a close up of Judge’s teeth!
-TBT needs a Logo or something like Now (the product is almost as old as Now…should be nice and come in their own box as well)
--Way to go on TBT quality, it’s come light years since 2016
-The buy Now, Living, Series I and Star Wars should be smaller and at the top (or have equal share on the screen) and when you hover over them the Living Screen saver should change to the product you are searching for…with the drop down appearing under your mouse. (or something like that), because at first glance when it comes up on my computer it looks like it’s the Living site. Basically, move the photo click bait to the top vs the red drop down bar. If not give Living and TBT their own spot on the red bar with drop downs for archives. Lets not forget on-demand as well (lumping them all under Topps Now is not wise)…they get lost.

Account: Let me have a Photo Icon so I know I am logged in!

My Dashboard:
-Seems clean and to the point
-Add a message board for users but only allow them to use their real name as a handle…this cuts down on keyboard warriors and their poison comments


My Orders:
- Would like to be able to sort by status so I can see what is processing still and what is closed out.
- Looks like all my orders are there now

My Downloadable Products:

-Would like to have my downloadable photos of cards I have bought here…would be cool


Rewards:

-Would be a nice place to explain what the different reward levels and bonuses are in this section with the logged in members status highlighted
-Maybe even a chart showing what is needed for the next level by the logged in member (excluding Platinum)
-Points expended / current point totals
-The How to guide to using reward points and getting COTM orders in

Gift Registry:
-What a great place to be able to put your want list for past cards and make the site interactive between users
- For Example: “I found my only #33 from 2018 lacking so I need another” I could just go to the site and put it on my want list…then people who have it can contact me.
--You could have a don’t share my list as well so basically you have a checklist of all Now cards you need
--You could also have a share my cards list (since you all have all the photos listed) users could export their list and share or show it off
--Perhaps as you buy cards the photos are added automatically to your Downloadable products and added to you “Own” list
--Likewise you could list extras for trade / sale where others can click on the user’s name and contact them*
*I know much of this is geared towards a secondary market but swapping and selling cards is a big part of the fun in the hobby.

My Product Reviews: Only reviewed one product and it’s not listed.
-All cards should have a comment section…so I could go to it and say “2016 #26 is the lowest Print Run Cubs card of 2016” or “I need this card if anyone has an extra!” or “Going to a signing and am getting this card signed anyone interested?” and this would be tied to the peoples account so clicking on their name would send them an e-mail or message.
--I’d like the site to be interactive…and social.


Archives:
-Page takes a while to load…should have when you click on the Archives (under collecting) that you have just the buttons for each set and not some random load of cards (Unless it is most searched…that might be cool and handy)
--The Archives Sets should be:

Baseball, and all the various sets include retired sets like Preacher and Dr. Who

Living:
Prints and Legends separate
On-Demand:
By set Type Mini, Non-Sport etc

When searching Now:
- Now is Missing 2018 OS-1 through 61
-- You then have 959 - 950 (missing 949) then 948 - 937 (Missing 936)...then 935 - 921 then 920 is missing and so on (or so it seams).
-- I tried listing in list order to see if they would show up but you only get list order for the first 10 cards then it goes back to 3 in a row
- I search base cards 2016 and I only get the #1 card...
-I get on Demand when searching Now Baseball
So I stopped messing with the Now Archives (Still Frustrating)

Living:
Comes up 3, 2, 1 not 1, 2, 3 (worse in List mode)

Tracking numbers on all orders are truncating with a "E+29" on the end just like happens in Excel when a number is too long in a field. And on top of that, when you click the link that says track the package it has the same number so it errors out on the UPS site.

archives seems to be on the site now and barely working ...checking the archives is not easy if your not looking for the first cards that show up.

Countdown clocks need fixing. Some of them still don't operate correctly. They either don't have the same time as other same day ending items, end early, or show ended and stay open.

There is no way they are making any serious attempt to fix the site.

I have an over $200 order sitting in my cart that I probably will let expire since the coupon codes dont work and it still wont accept phone number so that adds a bunch of extra steps to actually order.
