I was hoping we would be back to 8% for February. Better not be an omen for lower discounts considering coupons have become extinct. Sales tax and lower ebucks is a double whammy imho.

I think EBay has decided to severely cut back the Bucks program.....the last offer was 5% as well, whereas in the past, offers were either 6%, 8%, or 10%.

Yup. It’s been a long while. For me bucks offers don’t really change my buying habits (unless it’s a big, big bucks deal). But flat discounts will get me to hit a BIN that I might have passed on otherwise. Hoping eBay will surprise us and bring back true discounts... but not holding my breath.

I used to wait until I got a 10% Bucks offer to send in offers on BIN/BO items.

Now, Bucks don't affect my spending habits at all....
