What they should have done when they re-opened was not allow new orders to be submitted until all pending orders were completed, but that requires common sense.

I have friends whose PSA express orders, submitted after re-opening of Corona, get completed before express orders that were received before they shut down. It's ridiculous to say the least.

think about what you're saying, because it actually makes no sense.

Receiving department is different than Grading department is different than Shipping. There are bottlenecks at every level, and "not taking new orders" means you'd have Receiving people sitting on their hands while waiting for the other departments to complete previous orders? Seems like an efficient solution.

While it sucks that some orders get stuck for whatever reason, those can be sorted out through calling customer service and digging through the various backlogs etc. For the most part, I'm happy about the changes to streamline the process they've made in the past couple months. I think it will still be really slow to get cards back, especially at the cheaper service levels, but the ridiculous demand on service right now is just something we all have to deal with.

And if you call, please be polite. Shouting at the grocery clerk about why the store is out of Clorox wipes is not going to change anything.

I guess nobody is also subscribed to the Jewcer submission thread? They are catching up, ie are now processing, shipping and receiving orders.

I'm shocked at the psa/dna express order listed above. Add a freaking auto grade add to a psa 10 took 6 months??? They seriously pick it out of a hat. Absolutely no ryhme or reason to it, unless the pen skipped, or auto smudged, then its automatically a 6

And they were working when closed, I believe some even posted in this thread about movement.


Rolling out the new submission pricing as well, is going to further their backlog

Pack submission logged 10/24. Been sitting in QA2 for almost 2 weeks now. Had card submission that went into grading after the packs went into grading and I've had those back for 2 weeks. Not sure what the hold up is in QA2.

Well my 9 card 10-day subbed was logged 5/11, popped today. So 3 business days, lol.

The grades? Not so good. Of the 5 I was hoping for 10s, only got 1.

So they logged on 5/11, what day did your tracking show arriving at PSA? Just did my first direct submission to PSA via Super Express instead of my usual middle man. Curious on how long it takes to get the order logged.

As frustrating as it is to have a bunch of bulk orders in research, have another express sent two weeks ago that popped this a.m. and should be back to me by Monday. Anyone with Express stuff, fire away. I figured I wouldn’t see these things for 2 months.

Received 5/6, so it got logged super fast too. However, I had 2 bulk orders with it and those haven't been logged.

Bumped to QA Check 2 on Wednesday. Some of the card grades have popped and the grades exist in the PSA pop report. That said, I haven't received the full grade list for my bulk personal order from the submitter.

Is it common for a delay like this from QA Check 2 to Shipped?

Should I follow up with the submitter to see if the full grade list is ready?

I have a 2017-18 Select Jayson Tatum Courtside RC that is very clean, but it has a horizontal print line that goes through the top of the card on the back. Will it be an automatic 9? I am not too familiar with grading Panini Select cards.

just split some in economy and the new bulks. they have 750 of mine that i'm not expecting to see until the leaves start falling
