Break #3: 50, 212

I am looking to move Pick 6 in Break #1, looking $1,400 obo or a large group of picks. I'm trying to load up in the 50-80 range.

Question- is there trading/selling of picks ~after the selection is been made? If someone takes your guy at 75 before you can, can you essentially make a deal with them to buy their already selected player?
