2020 Heritage hobby case missing hits

The case was pretty brutal with a Polar Bear nickname being the biggest hit but what made it worse was I received 9 base relics, a Bill Birbach ROA and two missing hits. I put three base sets together so I went through each card and still missing two hits. Given the 9 #@#@#@#@ relics and based on my two previous cases the two missing hits should be autos. Oh, and one pack from one of the missing hits boxes had only 5 cards in it so maybe an auto relic!?

I filled out the forms and sent to Topps but my guess is I’ll get two relics if anything. I also noticed all the packs in every box weren’t sealed in the middle of the pack and the ends pulled apart very easily. They were just kinda folded over.

Where did you get the case? I've been in a ton of group breaks and missing hits, while not acceptable by any means, is a little more common than it should be that is for sure.

I'd be none too pleased....

I got it off dealernet so it’s a reliable source that I’m not questioning. I like heritage a lot but after this experience I might just stick with buying the singles I want.

Heritage is my favorite product. I started buying it in 2018 which was amazing. had 3 hits per box (Auto/Jersey/Chrome/Variations) and no missing hits in the 70+ boxes I purchased. 2019 I had about 15 missing hits in 30 boxes, Had about 10 of those boxes with the flip stock errors. 2020 I purchase 4 boxes and quit. Seems like Topps put all the hits in retail and said F U to hobby boxes.

its a odd year. I opened 2 cases. first case was CRAZY gave me 6 autos and 1 being a triple so say 8 total autos lol no mini, no white ref, 9 white boarders, 2 silver names and 3 french back, 9 actions and 1 throwback. ( should have stopped there)

now the second case 2 autos. No mini, no white ref, 2 white borders no french 1 silver, 11 actions
