So I’m from Texas, so obviously I ship to their headquarters in Washington state. But all of my last batch showed up as “Item Stored Remotely”. Anyone else had this happen?

Yes. My theory is that some processing is being done outside of the main COMC warehouse. I don't think they're sending stuff to Canada, but they might be doing it in other locations in the Seattle area.

The "item stored remotely" tag usually disappears in a few days. Presumably, the items make their way to the main warehouse at some point.

It's possible that the eBay auctions are also being processed in some location other than the COMC warehouse, but that's just speculation on my part.

I sent an email to the COMC staff, but thought I would ask here in case anyone knew a solution.

I bid on some ebay auctions from COMC just because I have funds in my account and figured I could hold or sell the cards I won some time down the road. When I go to 'auctions won' my account is linked and I have more than enough funds, but it only lets me pay with credit card or Paypal. I have no clue why it wouldn't take the funds from my COMC store credit. It is the only reason I bid on the cards in the first place.

My due date got pushed back another day, now it’s 6/10. I’ll believe it when I see it though. The date has changed at least 5 times in the last 10-14 days. I just wish they were spending that time uploading cards instead of updating a date.

What was your original due date? My original 4/3 (now 6/2) has had about 375 of 900 uploaded so far. My 4/10 (now also 6/2) still has no action.

Original was 5/8. Then it went to 7/11, then 6/9, 6/3, 6/5, 6/9 and now 6/10. It’s also the batch they took 4 days to even acknowledge after it was delivered which was annoying too. It has stayed at the 5% too, which means nothing I know, but it’s never gone up at all.

This is what I was told by COMC staff. Remote location processing in Washington to comply with the governor's request.

And now 6/11. I guess I should just give up hope that they’ll ever get to them and then maybe they’ll start popping up. They just keep moving the goalposts.

They're working on early April due submissions. You should just expect them to not pop until June.

My 4/24 due date submissions have almost completed in the last two days. These were 3 week current year submissions.

I can't believe that customer service emails aren't being answered right now - it would literally be the easiest piece of the company to maintain at the moment.

Yeah I don’t know what they’re working on. Some people with late April dates have had cards hit, some people with February dates are still waiting. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to it. Oh well, I won’t spend any money there until some get listed and sold so I guess there’s no reason to even check out the site until mid-June, lol.

My 4/21 orig. due date basic submission has had no activity...but my 5/6 basic sub has had a couple of cards processed. The higher value cards in that sub has been processed. I wonder if they are looking at subs based on value...working on the more liquid higher margin items in basic and ignoring the low margin stuff? I was wondering what was the price for a graded card going through basic level under the old rates? .60? Forgot since they took it all down.

Based on what was processed for me, I don't think that they are just looking at sub values. My subs had a lot of filler/lower end stuff that I regret including at this point.

Yeah but I think for Basic it was like the basic rate plus some amount? Can't remember...

I know my April sub had filler stuff...I just find it odd that they skipped my April sub to work on my May sub and the only cards processed were 3 graded cards which were probably the higher priced cards in that sub.
