George Brett would sh*t his pants if he knew he was the least popular player in this set so far.

Noticing it too. And this time I believe pricing is more organic. I think the people who were going to get out have already done so. Those who remain are the new core and they are buying at pretty decent clip and still paying big prices (comparative to the $20 SRP). I think prople getting in now will be people belonging to the true market for these moving forward. Still a little more time on some of these before the window slams shut.

The popularity of Don C and the design of the card appeal to a larger audience than baseball card collectors. See the post about the Noir shoe cards. They'll sell for $25 all day. If they are actually foil cards...watch out.

The prices of PSA 10 gold rookie cards has risen. A direct comparison would be, why anyone isnt buying a 2011 Topps Update MIke Trout PSA 10. If you can get me 1 under $3K, I'll buy it. Anything that's not being graded is probably a Near Mint card. But people collect differently. A lot of people got in at MSRP and some a bit higher($30-$100) but it looks like its setting and most sub-2k print runs are $200 plus. If you're ONLY trying to profit from P2020, the last 72 hours is a great example of why you shouldn't.

It's a bit early considering we still have 300+ cards but what are the odds the Keith Shore Griffey ends up being the #1 PR?....With all the dumpster and fire sales going on and flippers running for the hills it might be a possiblity

Curious how things'll go once they're in hand. Hoping for some Optic Fanatics boxed set surprise mojo so these sneakerbois can lay in eternal POMO damnation.

I got a 10 pack of Grotesk Clementes and all of them were somewhat jacked up, but yeah I disclosed that on any I sold.

I used the gold topps rookies because they are serial numbered so it's a good parallel to the known print run of project 2020. The print run for the original trout update isn't known, and I'm fairly sure I've seen psa 10s selling for less than 3k on here recently

Where's the guy who posts the price changes and value updates? Haven't seen it in a while.
Have I missed it?

I may be out here on my own on this but I seriously dislike that Baller is gonna be on the Blake card. Why did Blake need the help of Baller? Blake's art is legit and doesn't need outside sources as help. I feel like this dilutes the Blake set.

Have Baller help you with the fanny packs, not the cards.
