I'm holding that moment and the PJ Washington from the pack. I would assume these would only go up the closer we get to the set timer expiring as everyone buying for the set are holding and depleting the supply and many of the pack buyers just sell everything right away.

I wasn't paying attention to the first release of Cool Cats, is that what happened with that set?

You cant have it both ways. I asked a legitimate question. If you have turned $15 into $1500 and cannot cash it out especially if you live outside of the USA, what have you done?
This gets at the questions I've been asking. I haven't read every page of this thread but Archangel has said some people have withdrawn some funds (how many and how much isn't clear). He has also said there's a $1000 withdrawal limit a month.

I say this each time, but I'm not questioning him personally, my comments aren't directed to/at him. He has been the only source of specific (and I'm assuming accurate) information though, which is why I mention him.

There does seem to be a fundamental lack of information on when/how/what you can actually withdraw though. To me, until that is clearly articulated (by Top Shot/Dapper/Whoever) it's a major problem. It may be "only" $14 to buy for many/most but would those same people be alright with being told "oh we're only letting you withdraw $1,000 of your (alleged) $100,000 value"?

I think Orange is right that "it" (the selling of the video clips) isn't a scam per se, though it's not something I personally see the value in. However, if you can't withdraw things easily/efficiently, that aspect of it should be deeply concerning for anyone who is purchasing/selling/transacting on the platform.

According to TopShot, 5000 people can currently withdraw. They also seem to suggest I will be able to withdraw within 30 days (after passing some additional review process). It's my understanding you can currently withdraw only to US Bank accounts or to some crypto/digital wallet.

I cannot confirm any of the above is true, but this is what I've gathered so far.

I think another concern is their interest in locking accounts for those that make transactions off-site. Whoever wins and sells the Zion 1/192 up at Heritage may get their entire account locked for conducting off-site transactions. Is it worth the risk, since they may want to make an example to prevent it happening again.
And FWIW, is the clip currently held by an account owned by Heritage?

30 days ago Dapper was saying I could withdraw in 30 days. And they still say 30 days once verified...so yeah...

Doesn't even give me an option to become verified, just the same line of "this may take up to 30 days due to heavy demand". Well, if demand is that heavy to cash out, should tell you something.

What is the criteria for being one of those 5,000? Time registered, value of account?

So they want to make sure transactions ONLY go through their platform. Interesting, depending on your perspective.

So you're "30 days in" with, at this time, no way to get to the point you need to be to be "30 days out" in order to withdraw, is that right?

Correct, I am not given an option to become verified. Just the same note that they are backed up due to heavy demand, and it may be 30 days until they can get around to me.

Same thing I heard over 30 days ago.

This hasn't changed.

That looks like what hopalong was referring to with the 5,000 mentioned at the bottom.

Pulling for you to get the access you need.

I'm not sure where notoriousrmb got 30 days from. All I could find was mention of your account becoming eligible to withdraw...but no black and white requirements that define how to become eligible.

I'm debating when to start the identity check process, not about to create a new account but also don't want to be locked out of my account for god knows how long.

Yeah, problem is that 5,000 number has never changed.

Thanks, we'll see if this ever amounts to anything.

Looks like I posted a bit too soon.
I have to imagine they're putting most of their effort into fixing their release system than processing identity checks. Why they can't outsource some of this stuff is beyond me.
