I believe it. I just got back a Regular order today that took over three months before it was finished.

So after how many millions of orders that are backlogged does it take for a responsible company to say we need to do something about this? After how many millions of orders does it take for them to determine that they need to stop taking orders and actually start fulfilling orders? 1 mil, 2 mil or even 5 mil? To say you have 10 million orders to fulfill and that the only alternative was to raise prices on incoming orders, really? Should we feel sorry for you?

Are you sure the date is correct? I sent my "regular" order on Nov 15, 2020 and got back to me Dec 30, 2020.
They are showing the oldest order that hasn't been finished, if I'm reading correctly. That doesn't mean nothing after Nov 1 has been completed.

Appreciate you doing this so that we have a baseline. It will be interesting to see how many days it takes for some of these service levels to move.

I am guessing that since the new group was willing to publish this, they feel pretty confident they are going to improve upon turnaround times.

So this means that for value-modern for example, they are up to grading a package that came in on June 30??

They have raised the prices how many times over the last year? Don't you think that was an attempt to help the problem? People complain when they raise the price and people complain when they don't. So your solution would be halt all incoming submissions? I am going to go out on a limb here and say that you aren't the CEO of any successful businesses. "Let's celebrate our success by stopping what made us successful!". LOL

I've been keeping weekly stats using pcssportscard sub data.

The same could be done here. Simple Excel file... current data minus oldest submission for each service level. Keep weekly calculations. Easy enough to see if process improvements have had any impact.

Here you go (as of 3/1/201):

Walk-Through 5
Super Express 6
Express 53
Regular 120
Economy 211
Value - Ultra Modern 235
Value - Modern 244
Value - Vintage 224
Value - TCG 236
Quarterly Specials 244

If someone wants to double-check my formulas/calcs, I wouldn't be upset.

Also, keep in mind that CTDs are referring to the date orders are entered into the PSA system.

If PSA was a FIFO operation then these dates would mean something. Until then the CTD Tracker is worthless.

Let's revisit your post a year from now when people are still waiting for their bulk orders to be fulfilled, shall we?

It's the entry date, not the received/delivered date.

Has anyone who sent in an order to PSA late last week gotten their package scanned in yet?

More like “there are no older incomplete value -modern orders at PSA than those from June 30th.”

Another way of saying “Your order should be done if submitted prior—or close to completion if submitted on or around that date.” Another takeaway—it’s into month 9 for some value-modern orders.

Doing this, every day, is a futile exercise.

As long as PSA can update each day’s tracker saying every submission type improved by a day, that at least means they aren’t falling behind, in theory at least since this is only the oldest orders, not the average.

You should EXPECT a year turnaround when sending cards in. Don't send them if you don't want to wait. You still didn't respond to what I said in the last post. Do you really think the way for PSA to have continued success is to halt all new business? Really? For how long? All of 2021 while they are catch up? Maybe they should just mail everyone's cards back and start over. That would make about as much sense.
