Need help - PWCC refund

Hi everyone.

I got some bad experience with PWCC and want to file a claim on Ebay and get refund.

As I know Ebay proceeds the refund by original payment method. However, I paid the card by my PWCC fund. How the refund on Ebay will be proceeded? To my Paypal?

Good luck. Who knows? And PWCC will likely ban you from future purchases, but you probably already know that.

That sounds tricky. You would likely have to contact PWCC I would assume?

how did you actually pay for the card on ebay? i do not think "pwcc fund" is an option.

did you borrow against cards in your vault and pwcc put money in your PP? if so, you will be refunded through PP.

You can pay ebay purchases from pwcc right on the pwcc website if you have money in your pwcc account. I do it quite often.

They said it will be by original payment method: PWCC fund cashing back to your account.

I contacted with Ebay today. What is even trickier to me is that there is no transaction record in their system??? I guess it is because I made the payment on PWCC website but not Ebay,
which means you may lose your buyer protection too.

Purchased a card and they didn't ship.

I asked them by email and they said a wrong card was shipped instead. They want me to return it back so the right one can be shipped to me. However, I got no tracking information for the "wrong" card. I just know nothing about the status of anything.

No further response from them after that.

Any similar case you have heard of?

This all seems very strange, how is it even possible they didn't provide tracking to you through eBay?

I just hope Ebay can step in to help me get rid of this battle. Ridiculous.
