I just got one back that was a mislabel, which I would hope get priority service.

It was entered into their system on Jan 27 and I got it back yesterday.

Heads up for everyone still waiting on reholders, I just had my 4 card delivered in mid-February go to assembly today. Unless somehow assembly and QA take literal months, this will greatly exceed expectations based on the CTD tracker.

I believe that the CTD is inaccurate. I called PSA regarding a separate order a couple of weeks ago, and they were already entering orders in for March. Mine got entered today, after having it arrive on 03/10/2021.

Was this at the $50 per card level or $100 per card?

PSA seems disorganized, such an array of turnaround times

Yikes. All the while BGS can reholder cards in about a week and a half for $8 a card, at least in my experience of submitting two orders for 3 cards over the past 7 months or so.

Thank you for sharing.

I've been in assembly since December 9 on a 3 card standard reholder. Entered 10/15 so I am close to the CTD Tracker.

So it's taking them several months to REHOLDER cards? Yeah, they're not going to come close to the July 1 "reopening".

What a joke.

I haven't even received a response to an email I sent 2 months ago, needing to get a cut signature reholdered because they put the wrong name on the label.

It's insane that people still regard this company as the "gold standard" in TPG. Hopelessly buried, and lacking basic customer service standards.

Holding millions of cards hostage is a REALLY bad look.

So glad I held off my submission last year.

I got free beckett reslabbing in the past for errors they made on the labels. Not sure if it's still free

Cross posting from the PSA order tracker. This was unbelievably fast, so fast that I sort of wish I paid for a slower service haha Not sure if this was a one-off but hopefully this helps serve as a benchmark for those trying to figure out timing.

Order delivered: 8/30/2021
Order received per PSA: 8/30/2021

wow so we are talking about ~9 months for a $25 service or ~2 weeks for the $75 service level of this right now? I'd be willing to pay that premium just to get it back that much quicker.

I just got back one I sent in March when they got flooded in general. So 7 months and this wasn't a simple reholder because it had multiple cracks in the case so they had to examine or re-grade it.

It’s ‘disorganized’ because too many people send too much.

I have a couple high value cards I bought online that I'm contemplating sending in to PSA for reholder that I believe are for sure trimmed (I measured them against other cards in same set, and some of the ones I bought online are significantly short both ways -- like 1/16 in). Is PSA supposed to confirm that the cards aren't altered before reholdering? And if the card is determined altered during this process does the PSA guarantee kick in? Anyone have experience with these issues?
