Nets made Knicks look like a competitive team. Bulls are proving that's not the case. (... spoke too soon.)

regarding Celtics vs. 76ers, ugly win. Embid basically succumbed to a tenacious D. Credit coach Udoka. Both teams early out in playoffs.

I can only assume C's are keeping a couple young guys healthy (and under fans' radar) on the bench for trade, maybe with Rockets, as Timelord is injury prone and they need a big man like Christian Wood to complement Freedom. Jason Tatum understandably wants support players around him like Grant Williams and Langford who will not take over the tribe. I like Nesmith providing physicality and sniping in Houston alongside Jalen Green and a rebuilding core. Throw in Pritchard or Hernangomez and see what happens.

It's almost like their 4th place finish last season was a total fluke thanks to a really bad conference.

I just turned the game on and the Knicks must have went on a huge run, they’re within 3 points now. Place is going crazy…basketball is always more fun when the Knicks play well and MSG goes nuts.

Wouldn't take much to put the entire Memphis team in double figures tonight. JJJ was feeling it. Saturday will be a good test for them without Ja.

Saw previous worst NBA beating was 68 points. Memphis just set the new record.

8 grizz players with double figures and almost double your opponents score, that’s bad. Is this the worst beating in history?

Or be forced to cash in some of their draft picks for a functioning team. They only have 36 picks (19 first rounders & 17 second rounders) over the next 5 years.

That’s crazy. Suns up 18 at half going for their 18th straight win.

That ML was -800 and sometimes I wish I just had a lot of cash to put on lines like that. They are not losing to the Pistons.

Nesmith and Pritchard aren't great though

As much as I love Caruso, they couldn’t afford him. He would have been the fifth highest paid on the team. They had to fill the roster and him coming off the bench for <10 points a game ain’t it.

he's not great for his scoring ... - wasn't it also the case that they merely had to choose between him and THT? I get picking THT if this were a team building for long-term, but it's definitely not.

The real interesting thing to me is that traditionally Derozan has not been a good defender, and yet this year he's either 'buying-in' or perhaps playing alongside Caruso+Lonzo has really helped, but either way his defensive advanced #'s are much improved.

8 Mile been surprisingly competitive against top teams this year. If they can acquire a nice sg and Cade takes the next step, they may be able to turn a new leaf.
