Now see I had to do this because a place that I went to in Hyannis says on their IG page that all are welcome except for fascists. I loved the smoothie I had there so I want to go back.

Also they are big into the "If you aren't anti-racist then you are racist" groupthink. So I had to go above and beyond to make sure I was able to go back.

I think your dog gave you a concussion.

Oh, my company has no problem with managers working too much. They just won't pay you more than 80 hours in a 2 week pay period.

If they are the ones scheduling your hours, that it's their issue. Sounds like they are trying to skirt regulations by claiming you are still part time.

All my former co-workers are amazed I have never been to HR on a complaint.

Things I have done in meetings with a dozen people or more-
Accused a co worker of running a meth lab in her basement

Told more than one co worker that something they were having trouble completing could be completed by my dog.

Told people I would call them a feces throwing chimp but that would be an insult to feces throwing chimps.

Told my Boss, who was looking for people to ask Barney Frank a question, that I would ask Rep Frank how he didn't know a prostitution ring was being run out of his house. My Boss did let me leave early that day Nice of him.

I'd probably be fired for all of those. I was referred to HR because I made a comment that DC should have never erected a statue for crackhead Marion Barry. The same employee was also offended I watched Fox News on my workstation but not at the other 2 employees watching it in the same area.

Is it one of those situations where you have to average X number of a week/month over a 3 month period to be considered full time. I know that where I used to work, that is the way it was and we had to schedule part-timers with that in mind.
