I looked. No indication on my ticket that they weren't sending the initially redeemed card (see what I got a few posts above). Just got the email saying it was closed and that my redemption request was on the way. Then I got it and it was a replacement card with a nice little note inside saying basically "sorry we could not fill the original request so we've provided a replacement of equal or greater value".

I am still angry when they changed up the redemption page, a lot of my outstanding redemptions disappeared... still saved many of the redemption cards...

So I'm a newbie at redemptions, and was unfamiliar with the replacement settings, and did not know that I could submit preferences for replacement.

This week, my Noir OG Anunoby RPA /99 was automatically fulfilled with a replacement.

I estimate the OG to be worth around $100 in today's market, but they sent me a Cornerstones Danny Manning patch auto /49 worth around $10.

Has any one had luck complaining about unfair value of the replacement and receiving a new replacement that was more fair?

Just consider it a going out of business consolation prize. I know a few people have argued and been heard, but in general the answer is no.

Not counting the thousands, tens of thousands? of unfulfilled redemptions going back years and years too.

I got about a half dozen just sitting there last few years, untouched and unreplied to. Many others have more and much further back time wise.

These things should be illegal.

I've had a redemption that was redeemed over 10 years ago. After a whole decade the redemption was replaced by this worthless draft product. I cannot wait for this lazy and disingenuous company to go away. They don't deserve a license from any of the major or even minor sports. Fanatics shouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole if they know what's good for them. Panini was much better in 2012-14 when they had to be innovative to get customers to buy their products. Now they're just watered down crap.

Panini just sent me an on-card Luka auto for a Lamelo rookie sticker auto and a Josh Green contenders auto.

Here we go:

They didn’t replace everything. Specifically, I still have several Giannis redemptions I’ve requested replacements for that are still pending. I also have some lower print count (/10) cards they didn’t replace. All separate tracking numbers so I assume all separate cards.

I just got screwed on an Anunoby redemption as well! I got an E-mail saying they had shipped it earlier in the week. Come home to 2 packages that have freaking Patrick McCaw UNLV and Dillon Brooks Auto's in them... what a joke

Does anybody have a working email in the customer service department? I had emailed Shoup but he doesn't respond anymore.

I was given 5500 points for a Jaylen Brown Noir RPA which Beckett has at $800 (Panini still uses these values)

However, there is a Adebayo Silhouette Prime on the Panini site for 30K, yet it only books for $300.

I need to talk to them lol. I'm not happy.

I had a 2012-13 Gold Standard Jeremy Tyler Rookie Jersey Auto replaced with a 2013-14 Court Kings Keith Van Horn Court Kings Auto (of 249). Not bad, I thought. Supposedly have a 12 card replacement coming tomorrow via FedEx.

I think Shoup may left Panini a few years ago. I've e-mailed a handful of other contacts and have yet to receive any personal reply.

No chance on $200-300. Those Duals sold like crap out the gate, and rightfully so. This is far before any box price boom, as boxes were only around $400-600 each... and you got a RPA /199 (or less) in every box, as well as a dual sticker Auto like this in every box. They were always seen as cheap fillers, and still are.

More like a $40-50 card. I had lots of duals from this set, and picked up much better ones than this for well under $100.

Sharp left the CS department for another department several years ago but I thought Shoup was still there. I had found some link with a lot of their emails on it so I sent him one but didn't get anything. I also sent one to the new CS manager assuming their email addresses are the same as they have been( first name initial and then last name @paniniamerica.net)

Received 3 replacements for the 3 mudiay Nt rpa I was owed. 2 elleby NT rpa and an immaculate sneaker auto /25 of pau gasol. I’d say fair as far as value goes but not overly exciting.

Same boat as a lot of people in that they’ve cleared out my cheap redemptions but my better ones are left. Maybe they’ll be getting to the better ones soon.
