Visibility is great with the new site. For those who remember the old site, I think they would manually update the status for all the orders once a week? Maybe a few times per week. Maybe it became daily.

When I submitting some cards today, I noticed that one screen on the website says Bulk Value (Modern & Pre-Modern) w/ $499 DV and another screen says Bulk Value w/ $199 DV. Wanted to let you guys know in case you weren’t aware.

Also wanted to add that I’ve been grading and consigning with PCS for several years and I’ve always had a great experience!

Hi guys, I have an issue with my latest submission. I've replied back to group subs @pcsports but haven't got any answers yet since yesterday.

I had 14 of my 65 card submission passed over to consignment. 12 of those 14 were sold and paid. They were auctions that ended on 12/22/22. The remaining 2 have not been re-listed (that I'm aware of).

I got an email from groupsubs indicating I'm at a negative balance (which I knew) and that I need to pay off (within 10 days) to even it out or otherwise more cards from my submission will be sent to consignment. I had been waiting for those 2 unpaid cards to be re-list and I know you guys have said in the Q&A's it can be 3 weeks + to get them re-listed. Not sure how that sits when you give a 10 day window to pay a balance then?

Regardless, I'm happy to pay the remaining balance off now but I want to make sure those two unpaid cards get included back to me then instead. I never saw a way to actually send the payment from the submission itself, even since it was partial consignment, should there have been? It was my first time trying consignment so I didn't know what to expect.

They wanted me to send payment via PayPal directly to Zach instead of PC Sports Cards, LLC (which is the normal address if I hadn't consigned) - + 3.5% PayPal fees, is that correct?

Those cards should be relisted, so send me a PM with your info and I will look into this for you to confirm.

The team sends those negative reminders regularly, so you can let them know that you still have cards on consignment getting relisted (I'm guessing you did if you emailed them back already).

When you are paying off your balance after consigning cards the payment is to the Zach PayPal with the PP fees added back on. They remove the PP fees from the amount owed on the submission when you convert cards to consignment. This way you wouldn't be losing money to PP fees if your consignment paid to clear your balance and you were never required to send a payment.

It seems like Value 2022.75 is an outlier, it's been in Grading since November 7th. Bulk 2022.35 has been in QA1 for nearly as long, but I can't complain about that one, just curious about the Value taking so much longer than most Bulk orders.

I have a bulk order that hit QA2 on 12/14. Hopefully it pops soon!

I had a separate order that hit QA2 on 12/13 and invoice generated 1/5. That one was probably done before 1/5 though becuase PC had people out office during the holidays.

I hope somebody is in the office tomorrow (Saturday) to send me an invoice for my purchases over the week. Otherwise I'm going to have to pay two shipping charges....again.

That is correct, your page will show the cards w their grades and give you the option to pick which items to shoot over to consignment (and the others will be shipped back to you)

I'm sure it was posted somewhere in here, what's the process for grades to appear in the interface again? I remember it had to do with the shipping or so. Asking specifically about Economy 2022.103 where pop reports updated late Thursday but it shows still as QA2 on the website.

Orders exit QA2 and pop to be sent back to us. They still appear in your portal as QA2 until we manually pop them. We manually pop them the day before they return to us.

Yes and yes. Please put a sticky on it noting the damage so our listing team can make sure they get it on there.

By far the most frustrating thing now is getting people to pay for their auctions, especially those that have been re-listed. It is just ridiculous someone would bid on an auction and not pay.
