Gutsy run at the end of the game and an overall legendary gutsy game by Mahomes on 1 good ankle. 5 Straights AFC championships, 3rd SuperBowl, probable 2nd MVP Trophy. Already a legend at 27. Big Game!!

He needs to start stacking chips so he can make that long climb up Mount Brady. He still has to pass Aikman,Bradshaw and Montana before he can think about Brady and he will be only half way there!

Dude. Go to the Brady thread to talk about Brady.

No one else gives a $hit right now.

No one should really give a f what Hellcat has to say regardless of topic if we're being honest.

Mahomes just always finds a way and so amazing to watch

And yet once again he does it in spite of the coaching staff. I know I’m in the minority here as everyone seems to love Andy Reid, but the guy is a terrible in game coach, he’s not quite McCarthy bad but he sure is closing the gap. How they always end up without all 3 timeouts at the end of every half/game is mind blowing. The lack of adjustments, the terrible play calling, the lousy use of challenges.

This was the one area that Brady never really had to worry about and that was the top level coaching all around. I’m terrified we’re not gonna get to see the full potential on what Mahomes could accomplish unless Reid decides to retire very soon.

Chiefs had a good game plan.

They moved the ball up and down the field early and were only kept out of the end zone by a Toney drop.

Then Toney got hurt. Then Hardman. Then Juju.

Their receiver were MVS, Skyy Moore, and Marcus Kemp. Burrow had Jamar Chase and Tee Higgins. Chiefs still won.

Defense was more of a factor at the end of that game than Mahomes.

It was KC's offense that was unable to deliver at the end of the game to give the Bengals the ball with 2 minutes left and control of their own destiny.

We know, that when you give the best QBs in the NFL 2 minutes in a tie game, they go down the field to set up the game winning score and leave nothing left...

...Unless the DEFENSE steps up, and somehow KC's defense stepped up in the way that only the league's elite defenses normally would.

But, naturally, Mahomes gets all the glory. Good for him.

But today I give it to the defense, coaching staff and GM. He built a hell of a roster from top to bottom and hit on a lot of their draft picks even though they are drafting at the bottom of the first round every season now. Not easy to do.

Still, like the Pats of old, even with the best QB in the league currently, it's always something that goes their way at the end... It's funny like that.

Good to see our rookies show up in the game. Karlaftis got a sack, Watson an interception, McDuffie broke up a pass or two, and Skyy Moore with the good return there at the end.

Glorious victory. Props to Chris Jones and the defense keeping for us in that game. I thought the offensive line did a decent job as well keeping Mahomes upright… The offense was brutal to watch. No running game to speak of and effectively zero WR separation with our 3 starters out.

What the hell are we going to do with these receivers out and no running game? I don’t see Mecole Hardman getting better in two weeks and we all know that Kadarius “Mr. glass“ Toney is completely unreliable. No idea what happened to juju…

If anyone who watched Chiefs games this year says they weren't sweating watching Moore lineup to return a punt, they're lying.

Oh I get all of that of course, it still doesn’t change the fact that they are going to cost the chiefs in a major way at some point.

Here is just 1 play that 99.9% of the people watching didn’t even notice but stuck out to me how badly The chiefs coaching is in game. In the 2nd drive of the game it was 3rd and 11 for the bengals and the play clock was running out. Rather then Burn a timeout 4 mins into the game the bengals coaching staff elected to let the clock run out and take the 5 yard penalty. To me this shows a remarkable understanding of the game and is elite in game coaching. On the flip side you have the chiefs who had no timeouts left at the end of half and no challenges for the last quarter and a half

Really hope those guys can get healthy in 2 weeks.

I'm doubtful for Hardman since he took like 8 years to come back for this game. Maybe Toney can get back for the SB but he's also not Mr. Reliable.

While the announcers were talking about his muffs while the ball was being kicked...

OMG I was dumbfounded why he was back there at that crucial moment. But Toney was hurt. Then Hardman was hurt. Then Pacheco was a little banged up. It was probably either Moore or Kelce back there lol.

I also had zero faith in Butker on that last kick after his season.

Both of them stepped up when it mattered (and Townsend's hold on that game winner was nails), that's all you can ask.

Give me Juju and Toney back, activate Justin Watson and I'll tell you they have a chance.

Plus, who knows. Mahomes might be much closer to 100% by then.

Bro what?

Your hate for Burrow is reaching Hellcats irrational hate for Mahomes level. Receipts because he lost the game? He made a ton of great plays in a coin flip game. He was 2 minutes away from his second SB in 3 years. I am very glad he lost, but he is still the only QB I fear when the Chiefs play. But let's not fight. We've both been on the Mahomes train a long time. Enjoy the victory my friend!

SB opens up with KC at 2 point underdogs. Hope the team feeds off that for 2 weeks lol.
