I redeemed an expired Jamal Murray rookie auto from 2016 immaculate collegiate on August 26 last year. Last month they gave me 5000 points for it. So there may be hope for you.

That's awesome. Between that and some LaMelo autos finally shipping, I guess we should all be a bit more optimistic.

(Though I'll be even more willing to feel optimistic when the rest of the LaMelo autos start popping up...)

Got an email from Panini saying my case ticket has been escalated to the Tier 2 team. Not sure what that department is but probably not going to get my Ja RC auto

I emailed Panini customer service on 10/25/22 (along with all the other contacts that were posted in the Lamelo redemption thread) about an outstanding redemption from May of 2021. I got a shipping notification for a replacement card, which I received the next day, but nothing else.

Fast forward to last night, I got an email from Panini CS stating that my item was shipped and if it didn't arrive to contact the courier. So apparently the response time if you open a ticket with them is around 4 months, if you're lucky.

I just got an email that my LaMelo damaged parallel card from Certified 2020 was just replaced and shipped!

2 years later, 90% value gone...but at least it got shipped

Wrote a nice email to the people listed in that other thread. Hopefully I get a replacement and not $2k worth of reward points like support offered me. Is that even a real thing? I mean, none of the rewards cards are really worth anything. How many points would I get? All of them? Forever?

Well no response after a few follow-up emails and multiple support requests. Can never reach anyone by phone. I actually would be super happy to just get the white box they offered me seven months ago. I've all but given up on ever getting the actual cards. Any kind of fair-value replacement would be great. I still can't believe they offered points for a hard-signed Zion rookie auto, and a pretty good hard-signed dual hockey auto.

Does anyone have any advice?

What is 2k worth of reward points?

I just got my 2012 Panini Innovation (12-13) Kobe Bryant Auto replaced with 9500 points. This after receiving an email that high end cards would not be automatically replaced with points...it sucks even worse that the card I have has been live forever, they just never sent me one.

That is horrible. I don't even know what you do with 9500 points - the highest two point items for sale right now are 2500 each - Pink Laser UFC packs and a Tre Mason RPA. Tre Mason played 25 career NFL games in 2014 and 2015.

Finally received my shipping notification for a white box. It is replacing a 19-20 Zion Lineage Scripts Rookie Auto /49 and a 13-14 National Treasures Don Cherry/Nathan Mackinnon Dual Auto. Support told me they were putting a replacement value of $2300 on the white box back in September. Interested to see what that means.

I spoke to someone on Friday, they said LaMelo signed everything and it should all be shipped by summer. I had a couple in a combined list request and I guess if the actual cards come in first, they un-combine and just ship the initial requested card. Makes sense but kinda sucks I don’t want anything to do with him anymore lol

I'm shocked I left a VM today and got a call back within a an hour. My only redemption is for a Kyle Pitts Absolute RC Auto. So nothing spectacular. I asked about the white sparkle packs as one of those would be fine with me, but those only when to anyone with a 2020 and earlier unfilled redemption.

Supposedly I'm being moved to Tier 2 support so maybe I will get something before Fanatics takes over lol.
