Today 04/03 was the Est Completion Date, day is over and not popped. Sitting in Assembly Complete for the majority of the 10 days.

Bulk and monthly specials have had 4-6 week turn around. I haven't really had many complaints with the time yet, but I sent an express order that was est April 5th. Like yours, been done for days but not shipped. Got me a little annoyed when I'm paying that much and it's not getting shipped.

It did pop the next day, so no big delay. Seems like upcharge research is the bottleneck perhaps.

Gives grades when they bill you. After assembly, before shipping. Sometimes they ship 3 days after billing, sometimes 30mins after. Doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it.

That's not my understanding now. They changed the process recently, grades and upcharges and then assembly. Anyone else able to confirm this?

And then when you finally do get through to someone, they'll tell you that's not their area of expertise, and they will get back to you via email a few days or over a week later. If you call back another time, it's the same thing. It's a mess, but that's just my experience, but apparently I'm not alone.

Same. I've never gotten helpful advice over the phone but I have gotten responses via email so i just go that route now.

They received mine last Thursday the 4th, and as of this writing are still only in "Order Arrived" status. I have 6 orders sent all in the same package.

That hasn't been how it ever has before and I have an active value bulk in submission. Currently in assembly and if you hit the drop down the PSA grades still follow assembly. So you won't get charged/ upcharged until grades post as ready and they prepare to ship.
