It's been a while since I've had anything graded, so I apologize if this question has been asked before...

I'm looking to get a 1/1 card graded for a buddy, I'm not sure of the condition just yet.

If it's something that I don't think will get a 9 or 10, can we just have it put in an authentic slab? I understand the grading fees are the same...

I don't think min grade requests are a thing anymore, right?

Min grade is no longer available. When you submit put a note on the card/email GroupSubs to let them know you want the card slabbed as authentic instead of numerical grade.

Can you explain how bulk subs differ from regular subs? I notice bulk subs have QA1 and QA2 then grades pop but if I submit on my own the order is different. Or at least displayed differently.

It is the same process for us - it just updates in our website the old way because that is how our automatic updates are setup. We hold the grades back until the day before the submissions are due to arrive back to our office. Then we pop/invoice so we can process your cards as soon as they arrive.

PSA about PSA: Seems like Feb/March subs were taking a week or under to get from received to assigned to shipped to R&ID. Subs from the past month or two are more like 2+ weeks for that all the way to even almost 4 weeks to get from received to the R&ID stage.

How often do the automatic updates/emails get sent out? Last one I received was a week ago saying that my cards were assigned a batch number. I'm hoping by now they've shipped and been received by PSA.

You won't get an email notifying you that they arrived at PSA, but you should get one somewhat soon like this when it goes to Research & ID:

The updates like received and lot assigned are done manually in our office while we are prepping the submission. Once PSA starts working on the order you're getting them when they change status there. We get updates pushed to our site from PSA every 3 hours.

Will there be an issue with submitting 2023 optic football? I've seen PSA is not accepting these cards until the official checklist is out. I sent some into PC the other day before seeing this.

We send out PSA Bulk level subs throughout the week. Go ahead and send in!

I saw they put out a post on X last night saying they can't grade due to lack of checklist since retail hit shelves so early. If they cards are still in our office and have not been sent out to PSA we can get them pulled from your sub if you are concerned. If you email GroupSubs ASAP they can help. You can send me a PM also with your info and I will try to help.

Please, just stop sending invoices on eBay. Your combined shipping is actually set up correctly ATM where it automatically aggregates. When you send an invoice, you create a closed group for combined shipping where someone has to manually ask for a new invoice or send a ticket request to get the combined shipping fixed. The automated process works if you let it.
