what shipping did you originally request? the slowest? I have about 200 cards I need to ship and the difference between the slowest and the 2nd fastest shipping is about $100 bucks. Slowest shipping is about a month out, but i dont want to request it if it'll take more like 3 months.

Based on those dates given…it was the slowest shipping option- economy.

COMC has been hiring as fast as they can for $15/hr minimum wage workers, so their shipping times have gotten better over the past year. On the other hand, running a business successfully means not having idle workers, turning inventory quickly, keeping costs down, so don't ever expect regular/economy shipping to consistently be 3-5 working days.

Platinum has been such a blockbuster for UD, they're probably going to be clogged up shipping-wise til halloween. And my own latest check indicates there is unlimited supply of Platinum left to be sold through epacks so don't anticipate things getting better any time soon.

I can't remember and am not seeing any info one way or another, but is Platinum getting a Pack Wars release?

Opened way too many on E-pack, and I don't want to even think about the $$...I definitely had a theme going with Jean though. That green is pretty big. Can't see any others that have surfaced...

This is not a set I collect, and I certainly didn’t do any print run estimations. Curious to see if anybody did? The print run has to be absolutely massive with the parallel overload. Massive in comparison to the recent fleer ultra marvel sets released within past 7 years.

Very hard to say, given that card companies never release print run figures and UD have not yet to date given any hint of how the print run splits between physical and epack product.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say 20-25% of the entire print run still remains to be sold on epack. We can be pretty sure that 90% or more of the physical run is sold and probably opened, given the enthusiasm we saw for Platinum.

The past couple of weeks I've been buying small collections of Platinum on epack as a substitute for opening boxes. Sure I don't get fancy 'monster' hits but I'm also paying a lot less for what I have and they're mostly physical cards that can eventually be sent home. That people are selling out tells me that CC bills are coming due...

Doubt that much physical has been opened. Agree, don’t think I’ve seen this enthusiasm since MM16. But the print-run is just so big. From a feel of seeing how many Orange Checkers have hit eBay compared to the amount of pinks on Epack, it seems like Epack has surpassed. Also seems like more “big hits” have come out of Epack. Definitely more sketches have come out of Epack than physical.

Another indication is just box prices. I think we would have seen $300-$450 by now if physical was that low being this set is still hot.

Nice with the scooping up on Epack! Also noticed a ton of fire sales - great deals on COMC too especially VIP Black.

Don't forget that e-Pack gives a skewed perspective because almost everything is viewable to anyone who checks the marketplace. There's no way to know how many big hits or sketches have been pulled from physical boxes because there's no centralized place to see what has been pulled from physical boxes. What shows up on eBay or Facebook or social media or here could be just a tiny fraction of what is opened. No way to know.

Do the VIP blacks have a holo/rainbow look to them or just black not shiny chrome?

I received my first physical Cosmic parallel in today’s mail. The cosmics are definitely my favorite parallel in Platinum, and honestly one of my favorites for any Marvel release. They look so nice in hand.

Just back from PSA, looks good. Took a month and upcharge, but I'm happy.

Don't believe I've seen a single (new) VIP auto achievement show up on ebay since I've posted this.

Looks like things have already gone ice cold

This set is far from ice cold. Tons of activity on Ebay/Facebook/COMC etc.
I hope it sells out soon. I'm pretty addicted.

Today I limited myself to $400, did alright, and stopped.
I'm going to try super hard to not buy more, but LOOK AT THESE BANGERS FROM TONIGHT...Makes it tough.
