They're Topps' attempt at creating a yearly "flagship" release; which, frankly, no one asked for.

The autograph checklist is incredibly watered down and it's near impossible to pull a top tier auto.

They market was suddenly "flooded" with these so blaster case prices came down. NASCAR trading card demand is quite low too. Took time and effort to move them for a small gain. Have moved some singles over the last 365 days from the ripped case (roughly 10) but resale on singles are very low too.

Not gonna "kill it" from an absolute $ standpoint but low-risk, a little fun and potential to make a little gain over a couple months.

I would be buying for the set building aspect. I'd build a set and most of the extra base would be going in the trash.

Like I said, $100 for a little fun rip and a set to build doesn't seem that bad.

Looks like you guys bought all the 2018 Donruss Racing. They have 2017 available now. I don't see any Rated Rookies worth it in 2017, compared to Christopher Bell and Bubba Wallace for 2018.

William Byron is probably the best one. Otherwise the others are mid-level at best (Cole Custer, Ty Dillon, Erik Jones, Daniel Hemric, Todd Gilliland)


If that Strata case was $300-350 I'd be in. Fun stuff and a trip down memory lane. But at $25/card right now it's too much lol

I'm semi tempted by the 2023 Bowman Blaster case at $20 each, but I only take want to open 5-10 blasters of it, and I don't wanna spend that much this early in November before I see what else comes up.

Thinking of the holiday blaster special but since they really don’t say want is eligible in it, it deters me to buy any. Granted they say it retails for over that but don’t want 18 blasters that really go for $10 and not the $25 it is listed at.

USA baseball case isn’t a bad price at $40 a box. Around COVID time I bought on eBay new USA cases for about that and made my money back very quickly. Granted that was a new release. Boxes seemed to go about that online for 2017.

It’s everything, 90% will be crap blasters. There is the chance for a better box but this isn’t out of the goodness of their heart.

In the same boat. $20 is a solid price for that class but wanting to see what else comes out.

I mean its the junk that cant move at MSRP with a outside shot of a prize. 90 percent of these bundles are gonna be trash 8 percent OK and 2 percent great.
