Question for Goldin Purchase

If an auction( won but not paid yet) doesn't match its title description, what will Goldin do about it?

Update: Hello, everyone! Goldin helped me removed the order and I am not required to buy it. In addition, I am very happy the matter is resolved which Goldin supported their customer when a questionable item showed up. I appreciate for their service and would continue do business with them in the future. Since the matter is resolved, so there is no need to discuss more. Anyway, thank you for the helps.

Did the auction say it was photomatched? Did you ask for the photomatch before you bid?

Sounds like you screwed up. If you don’t care about ever bidding with them again, don’t pay.

just because you can't find a picture to prove it, does not mean it is not game used. it would be up to you to prove it was not game used.

what is the EXACT item and you will get better answers.

I will show the exact item once I am done with all of the research. Right now, I checking each and every game's photo on Getty Image. The Jersey was described as game used in 2005-2006 Regular Season, fortunately, Getty Image has each and every game's photo.
