Best I've seen so far is 2023/24 Donruss Optic Basketball Choice at 299/box or 5899/case at D&A.

WNBA Select Hobby @ 549/box or 6499/case as well.

I know that's a lot less than it was at launch but I can't lie it's still insane to read a WNBA hobby-box at $549 is a "deal" lol

The choice @ 299 and the 22/23 mosaic asia for $34 a piece wasn't bad, but din't pull the trigger on either.

Nothing that instantly jumps out to me as a good buy. If I have to convince myself for 10 minutes that something is decent, its probably not.

Picked up a case of 21-22 Chronicles T-Mall for 600. Can't get enough of it, really nice break.

Got the case of 2016 Optic football megas for 49 a pop from Blowout. Should be a fun rip. Love first year Optic.

I bought a couple of these last year on your recommendation. Absolute fun rip at the price. I think they were a little cheaper last year.

600 was the cheapest I remember seeing them last year. I held on buying one at 700 because it went down even more on BF last year. They did it again.

Yeah not a case. Wrote that early in the morning. Still close to (or at, I wasn’t around at the time) retail price for a great set

I think they were $35-40 at release.

Ive opened different retail boxes from this year and there were numbered parallels possible. So thats a big plus.

Thinking of getting one myself - I haven't opened up a Chronicles since 2020 Football Though, which had Gridiron Kings, Prizm Black, etc. in it. What are the highlights of NBA Chronicles?

Speaking of 21 is the Illusions Tmall also good? $399/20 box case going for about $39/box on eBay.

They have been sitting on Walmart for that price for several months. Initially they sold out but reloaded and have not sold out again. I bought two lots of 10 boxes. I opened several, but got bored and I have a bunch that are sitting here unopened.

Basically you get regular Illusions base, plus a few Asia base in each pack. You should get one red Asia per box. Then you will get 2 or so red/yellow inserts per box. Out of the several boxes I opened I think I got 1 numbered card. No autos. Not sure if you can even pull autos.

For $20 they are fine if you like the 2021 rookie class.

Hard to pass at $30 per box.

Will rip/flip/hold them.

2 SSP numbered cards per box and an auto every 2 boxes. You should get at least one card numbered to 10 or less every case. Even the base is SP.

I'm 4 boxes into my case, I'll post here and the box break section once I'm done. So far, no autos or numbered cards.

I was on the fence about 20-21, seemed like you need a Green Ice Chrome of a top rookie to go well. Let us know how it goes.

Yeah, good deal. Just fyi for those that are thinking of a case: I ripped one at 700 and the best card I got was a Cade Gold Standard jersey auto redemption (which are expired). Panini gave me 1250 points for it which isn’t great. Would have been a great hit

Now it's feigning excitement over Tmall closeouts and Justin Beiber Series 2 Update.
