Kids just opened our annual jumbo box. Not good. Orelvis Martinez auto. Arenado and Vlad bat relic. One numbered gold of nobody and zero other numbered/parallels/rare inserts. I kept telling them that there's usually at least one rare card in a jumbo and we got to the last pack and turd-burger. Only nice card was a Dylan Crews rainbow foil that we got in the first pack so we started optimistic. No other interesting sand glitter or rainbow parallels. Nothing in the silver packs either unless you like rookie pitchers and Don Mattingly, Ryne Sandberg, and Steven Kwan. My excitement for opening more just went waaaaayyy down.

I got skunked on my 1 hobby and 1 jumbo

best hit was a wyatt langford relic.

think i got more color parallels and serial numbers out of 3 hangar and 3 fatpacks

well no expecting that is unrealistic.
i was more surprised by the lack of color inserts.

i actually beat the odds on my hobby and at least got an auto.

Look at the print runs. It's watered down. You're lucky if you get 1 numbered card per box.

yeah the print run this year is insane. why i only am trying 1 hobby and 1 blaster.
i always get a few retail when they hit and im shocked i pulled almost as many serial numbered from retail.

I opened one hobby box, and pulled a Bobby Witt Jr Golden Mirror and an 89 on-card auto Brady Basso in the same pack. It’s funny when they load up everything in one pack. I did get a green /99 Yamamoto in the silver pack, too, so pretty good box. My hangers and blasters were terrible.

How many sets are people getting out of their cases? I'm slowly working through my jumbo. Through the first 200 cards I'm on pace for only 3 complete sets. Getting some big differences in card amounts. 14 of one and 3 of another.

1st jumbo and second mega were solid.

Holliday 1990 auto out of the jumbo and a Rafaela auto out of the mega. Also a gold Jung in the mega.

Starting to sort mine tomorrow from a Jumbo case. Will let you know. Again I say that I absolutely love the design of these cards!

Out of 3 Jumbo cases and 2 loose boxes I got 16 sets.
