I don’t know where things went wrong or what went wrong. I know after the Savannah Bananas game she posted a lot of stuff with the 3 of us together on social media. I don’t know if somebody she knows said something or if somebody higher up at work said something about it being inappropriate for coworkers to be spending so much time together. I know at work the HR Director had sent out a memo about employees in the same department and relationships so maybe that’s it. The memo basically said that if HR suspects 2 employees in the same department are in a romantic relationship they can terminate 1 or both of them if the relationship is thought to be bad for the department.

I refused to sign the memo when they asked everybody to sign it and email it back. What I do outside of that building isn’t any of their business. Maybe she’s worried they will pull that card and fire her leaving her with no income.

That seems very likely. That is a shame. Mr JD and I worked in the same department for several years. We barely saw each other. We were always very professional at the office.

It is a shame. We’ve never done anything at work but be professional. The timing of that memo just makes me think somebody higher up saw her posting us at the zoo, going places, and at that game and wanted to make it an issue. They know they can’t pressure me because I don’t care, so they said something to her about it.

Hopefully she’ll tell me what it is. If that’s what it is, I’ll start really giving HR stuff to deal with.

Soccer is boring as crap. 85 minutes of passing the ball back and forth and you every zero clue when the game will end because only the referees know how much "extra time" is going to be played.

People are ridiculous and have nothing better to do. When he first started, I had already been there for several years. We worked in different departments at the time and I didn't change my name when we got married. There was a rumor going around that we were having an affair becuase we would have lunch together in the break room. My friend thought it was hilarious. I had to clear that up pretty quickly.
