I kind of forgot about my sub since it was seeming it would be well until the Fall until I'd see it. I just checked tonight and it is in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging pretty pumped based on other Economy subs reported on here.

Sorry, I’m not quite sure I understand—do you mean they’ve been grading more aggressively, or that they’ve been processing orders more quickly?
Right after I sent in my 15-card Economy submission, I was a bit bummed to realize I had a few more cards set aside on my shelf that I couldn’t find in time. I’ve always submitted through Bulk, but I’m hoping Economy feels worth the few extra bucks per card in terms of turnaround time. My submission is about 75% modern hockey, so it would be great to get it back before the season starts. I’ve got a couple cards in there I’m hoping to sell to cover the grading fees. |

I hope you are right with CGC is working hard to increase capacity. I would love see them get 600/700k a month while keeping the turn around fast. 200k a month in sports cards. Really solidfy that number two spot and become an option for sports card collectors. Capture all that SGC collectors when the plug is pulled.

If the hobby treated all the non-subgrade grading companies the same when it came to to grading, CGC would be number one, but we know they are not. When I am selling I use eBay or a couple of people who has all slabs in their showcase. Last edited by The_Reverend; 09-11-2025 at 05:28 PM. |

I had great luck pulling two Kapriovs YGs from a lot of nine or ten blasters I bought when the product released. Back then, it was amazing to get around ten blasters for $175 shipped from Dave & Adams. |

It was such an honor for my collection to be highlighted. Of my 105 Kaprizov cards I would say 95 are in CGC/CSG slabs. My YG is in the Green with sub-grades. Personal I think they should have kept the sub-grades. I definitely love the extra information about the card. My jersey numbered 97/99 has a pedigree. I actually recommended they do First Pristine Pedigree labels. |

What card out of /99 is this? The Cup RPA /99? If you grade a card and it's the first pristine, does it get labeled that way? That’s definitely a cool idea and adds another level of gamesmanship to grading cards, especially for the base RCs/Young Guns that will get graded frequently. |
