Tull and Murazond 100% do. You will absolutely be bidding against accounts with near 100% bid activity with them and if said account wins they immediately relist. Its without question in my eyes after following them for a few years. One dude on here actually called one of them out cause he got shilled up and he threatened some sort of action and they refunded him up to the point he was shilled at.

Just watch a few of their auctions and they will all match this pattern.

most cards go for comp or higher

Dcsports87 not really, at comps or slightly below. They don’t allow eBay accounts to bid who have 1 unpaid item in the past 12 months, so hard to shill. Also the images are not the best.
