Pretty simple - don't send anything > $500 because that's the max they insure per card. Anything else is just FUD. Gamestop has done a better job handling PSA submissions than PSA themselves.

I finally decided to use Gamestop for grading, decided on just 10 for now. Seems like a no-brainer to use if you are sending sub $500 cards. Don't have to worry about shipping, and pretty much everything is insured until you get your cards back. It seems like they are moving much faster on Gamestop submissions from what I am seeing in this thread, and faster here in the fall.

Same as above, I decided to give them a try. The local GameStop is only 2 miles away, so why not? I signed up for the Pro membership, got $5 off the order and $5 shipping. Close to another $5 off now after the order too. At the end of the process they put the cards in a drawer for next weeks pickup - please say a prayer for my cards

I usually send cards to PCS, because I trust them and love their website, consignment services, everything. So I only sent Gamestop 10 (sports) cards. Will see how it goes, fingers crossed at least a gem or two!

I didn't see this answered yet. I believe that warning is for oversized cards, And not undersized like Ginter.

They dont have the supplies on hand at all locations to take in box toppers and bigger sized cards. But the smaller ones can fit in standard card saver.

Small = OK from what I know.

Sorry, I was not very clear in my post, this is to just get them shipped out to PSA, along with everyone else's cards there.

Correct. "They will go out tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and nothing. "They will go out tomorrow". etc. Been there for 9 business days, 20+ cards are mine. Along with a big stack of other peoples cards. Order status shows "Order Created"

Got ya. I had one of my past orders take two weeks to ship out. Some stores will ship out on a certain day each week. Some stores wait until they get a certain amount before they ship out. Might be worth a call asking how many more submissions they need before shipping out.

yea not sure what that guys talking about because it's only the single price for each TCG and sports. he might've referred to the initial roll out of the program when it was 15.99 and the insured value was lower

It is actually two different prices for TCG and sports. TCG is $19.99 per card. Sports is $21.99. Both are max insured $500.

I had sent 6 Pokemon cards in. I received a noticed that they weren't able to grade one of the cards. Not sure why. Three of the cards in the submission were from the same promotional pack. Kind of confused about that. So for the other five cards, managed two 10's, two 9's, and one 8.
