It is horrible, I was considering sending cards there 'cause it's pretty convenient to utilize buy it now / best offer listings through there but you're right just unacceptable.
I've said this in the grading section - But there is so much corruption going on within PSA right now. That's the only explanation I can come up with. This is a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR company that can't figure out how to ship things in a timely manner. Just insane. Imagine you order stuff off Amazon and they can't process the shipment until a month later. Just laughable.
And really, this situation is technically worse because it's already YOUR CARDS; it's not like when you order off Amazon it's their product they're shipping to you as a sale. It's already your stuff - We should be entitled to get it as soon as possible. Just pathetic logistics / customer service / workforce development by PSA.
