Same thing for me.

Wanting us to pay 0.4 USPS which cost more than .74 and have to do it today to ship by October 20th.

I’m thinking this might have to do with the AWS outage but I’ll be waiting for it to be resolved before printing my labels haha

I'm excited to have my rating dinged when I'm not able to print labels before midnight. That'll be a super fun call with ebay.

Ya I have four to do myself, same error. I debated doing ground advantage on them to not get my seller status dinged, but not exactly a feel-good to spend $20 shipping out $8 total of items.

Fingers crossed this is resolved ASAP, and/or ebay doesnt hold it against status.

I just got 7 of these returned to me, marked:

“Return to sender-attempted-unable to forward”

All different addresses, so that’s infuriating.

They were all shipped the same day, but this is not all of them I shipped that day. A handful have arrived at their destination.

all 7 of these currently say "out for delivery milwaukee", and never made it past milwaukee on their journey.

What is the trick for USPS domestic claims for all the PWEs that they lose? I've never bothered because it always says invalid tracking when I try to get my dollars refunded for lost envelopes.

It's not USPS insurance or tracking so they would have no clue what you are talking about. Here is the link to file a lost mail claim within 90 days if it was shipped ESE:

Also....just because ESE tracking does not show "delivered", that does not mean your shipment is lost. If there is no buyer complaint or request for refund, the PIP insurance will not kick in. No buyer complaint = no problem.

I buy a card on Nov. 11. Ask for a refund on Dec 9. Seller complains that I didn't contact them first, then issues refund on December 10.

On December 11, I see the same card from the same seller at auction, ending tonight. It was listed on the 6th, four days before I asked for a refund.

I don't recall an INR from a buyer on one of these shipments in a few months now. I don't know if they are getting tracked better or if the crooks have been deleted or moved on. Happy with it and low shipping cost is really helping sales of lower cost items.

I had one back in November. They waited until about 15 days and reached out. Then they bought some more from me.

Just today I had a buyer reach out to me to let me know he had not received a card he paid for on October 28. I checked tracking and it shows delivered on November 6. I informed him of that and he has not sent any further messages.

I haven't issued very many refunds since October (only one), but I've had to ask for five. One of them is that shady seller I referenced above, so call it four real one's.

Looking at my list I've got two from November 14th, which means after I check my mail today I'll be asking for a refund if they aren't here. Then two more from Nov. 17.

The big difference for me is 1) I moved and 2) the new digs has a cluster mailbox.
