I placed a Standard shipping order of 24 cards on January 1. Initial shipping estimate was February 1. Around that date it changed to middle of March. It shipped yesterday. I think had checked a day or so before and there were supposedly 330,000 cards ahead of me. I do remember the days when I had a show coming up and I could order cards a week before and have them delivered before the show.

Original standard shipping request was 1/8 with a ship date of (if I recall) 2/6, which was then pushed out to early March. |

Mine is pushed out 2 more days before things even started today. 7,008 items ahead of mine.

Does COMC still give a % processing discount for not meeting "Est Date"?
I have a couple hundred cards due tomorrow that were both received with the old ingestion prices plus the VIP20%. Anyone know? |

Went with Standard. Will see what happens. My last Standard order was just over a month with a couple holidays but didn't have as many in queue. Not expecting 3/20.
Date Requested: 2/19/2026 Estimated Ship Date: 3/20/2026 Items Ahead of My Order: 950,716 |

The average price per card that had some late items was $0.625 on one recent order and $0.636 on another. It would otherwise be $0.65. That's hard evidence that the late ones got the discount. |

6827 ahead of me at the end of the day. I wouldn't even call that a dent. Not even 200 items moved today from this backlog? Absurd!

At this point I think I would get my orders faster if I walked there, picked them myself and walked home. I live in Florida...

Been waiting several months for the final 10 or so cards of a 1500 card submission to pop on the site; expected date was mid-Sept.
Good news - one of the cards finally popped! Bad news - it was mislabeled as a base despite it being a hand numbered 1 of 1 A&G mini |

At this point they should offer something at shows that allows you request a shipment of cards to be picked up at the next time COMC shows up at the show. Chances are that the I won't get my shipment of cards from December 11th by the time the Philly show in March happens. Chances are that I won't even get below 200K in the queue by the time the Philly show in March happens.

Without a doubt that would be quicker, no matter which shipping level you choose.

How would that save any time, though? The problem isn't the time it takes to ship the box, it's the time it takes to pick all the cards. The only way you could save the time is they let you into the facility in Washington and let you do the picking yourself, lol.

Received this email response from an email I sent Dec 30th.
"COMC3rdPartyApps, Feb 20, 2026, 14:16 PST: We are making significant structural changes to how Customer Service operates at COMC, to improve both response times and the overall customer experience. As part of this transition, all open and unanswered support tickets are unfortunately being cleared; if you did not receive a response to a previously placed request, please resubmit your request again, and if your issue has already been resolved, no further action is needed. How you contact us has not changed. Please continue to email staff@comc.com as you always have. We value hearing from our community and are actively working to improve our support model, with more enhancements coming soon. During this transition, response times may be slightly longer than usual. Please be advised that submitting multiple requests for the same issue will not advance your position in the queue. Duplicate messages serve only to slow resolution and in no way impact prioritization. The fastest way to get help is to submit one complete request with all of your member details and a robust description of your support needs. Thank you for your patience and understanding. — Justin Rayfield Director of FP&A (Interim Director of CS)" |

Unable to purchase anything on COMC this morning 12/21
Everything loads fine and navigates normally but when I try to make a purchase or offer or purchase & relist it just sits there, the purchase button greys out like the sale is going to go through and then after a min the button reloads and I can hit the purchase button again and same thing. Logged out and in - have $ in my account, tried different users, different cards... gonna try a different browser... Then last purchase I have of any of my cards is 12/20 9:30 PM oh comc... |

It’s buggy for me too at 6:30 AM. They announced in an email they were adding Stripe as a payment option for top users, so maybe that update is causing the glitch?

I'm laid up at the moment, so with nothing better to do than mess around with COMC, I decided to work a little spreadsheet magic and look at what the eBay shipping increases have meant for my sales. You can only conclude just so much because it's not a controlled experiment and we only have a month or two of data from after the rate hikes, but I thought I would share in case anyone else is interested. It looks like eBay sales have been a noticeable drag on overall sales, but not as much as I expected.
From May (when my inventory really started ramping up) through mid-December (when ESE went to $3.99), about 75% of the items I sold in any given month were sold on eBay. Since then, it's at about 60-65% per month. In that same period, eBay sales used to account for 85-95% of my gross in any given month. That dropped to 80% in January (ESE cost of $3.99) and 75% in February (ESE cost of $4.99, additional item charge increased to $2). Oddly enough, the median and average prices of items sold on eBay have both gone down since the shipping increase, which is the opposite of what I expected. My monthly gross sales figures (both eBay and on site) are much lower, as you would expect with those changes, but that number has fallen much more than the percentage of sales from eBay. All in all, I think there's a general post-holiday lull that's at least as meaningful as the shipping increase. Bottom line: if they bumped up shipping costs to reduce the shipping backlog by making low-end eBay sales less attractive, it seems to be working, but the effect is a bit smaller than I would have thought. |

Of course they are. Which will help for all the stupid and easy questions they get. But will just lead to more frustration for people who know what they’re doing and either need real help or resolution to a problem.
