Yeah, I'm not a fan of how many pictures are in the dead middle of the Silos. They should be on the outside, allowing for a massive patch still. That card just makes me sad.

Reality: There is no patch piece covered in the middle. Panini used it for a Kobe Bryant patch card.

This is exactly what I said in the preview thread from a short while back. I said these silhouettes are awful because they cover up mostly all of the patch.

Terrible design & execution by Panini, once again!!!

It's not even surprising anymore!

That's my card. The head is not cut off. You can feel the full logo on the top of the card. It is still a sick card IMHO

Its as if Panini is trying intentionally to kill the Silhouettes. They are probably mad they are the #1 card set in the Preferred lineup and are taking them down a tier or two. Maybe they just want to push the booklet concept a bit more. But seriously, who had the brilliant idea?? How those that happen. Do u wake up one day and say to yourself.. I'll place the silhouette of the player right in the freaking middle! So what if it blocks the patch. No biggie.

Its a design fit for the Silhouettes Jersey Auto cards.. Not the PRIME
